Conducted on behalf of the Los Angeles County Public Administrator and Treasurer & Tax Collector, by the direction of the Probate Court.

Description

Final Payment: Within 48 Hours of close of auction by credit card or bank wire only.

Sales Tax: 9.75% CA sales tax on all lots. CA Dealers w/ current applicable resale number AND a completed California Resale Certificate on file, as well as out-of-state Dealers who have their auction items shipped out of state, are exempt from sales tax.

18% Buyer's Premium: applied to all auction purchases.
(Example: High Bid $100 + 18% Buyer Premium = $118 Sale Price, plus tax added to the $118 = $129.21 Total Sale Price).

Removal:

By Appointment Only: In-Person Property Removal is by Appointment Only: In-person removal appointments will be made using the appointment scheduling link emailed to you once payment has been made.

Released to FFL Dealer Only: Property will only be released to Registered Bidder/FFL Dealer, or approved authorized employee of FFL. No Exceptions.

Removal begins the second business day following the close of the auction and ends 5 business days following the close of the auction. No removal day of or day after sale.

Removal 8:00am-2:00pm by appointment only.

Property Location: Los Angeles County Public Administrator Warehouse, City of Industry, CA 91748. The exact address and facility access instructions will be provided to the buyer following payment in full.

Shipping:

Shipping requests are made through the "Request Shipping" link emailed to successful bidders once payment has been made.

The cost of the shipping will be paid by the purchaser separate from and following the firearms purchase, and prior to shipment.

Buyer will pay a material and a handling fee of $20 per lot in addition to the cost of postage, insurance. Special requests, or hard case shipping (if available), will be at an additional cost. Discounts may apply for firearms being shipped together in one box.

Please allow up to 10 days following the submission of the Shipping Request Form to be contacted regarding shipment of purchased lots.

Rifles will be shipped utilizing USPS, insured, adult signature required.

Handguns are sent overnight Delivery, insured, adult signature required.

Firearms will only be shipped to FFL on file.

Shipping is at the cost and liability of Buyer. Buyer agrees to hold harmless CWS or Seller for items lost or damaged and will pursue any claims with shipping company.

Shipment of firearms will be done as expeditiously as possible but may take up to 20 days.

From Los Angeles Airport (39 minutes): Take the 105 Fwy east to the 605 Fwy north to the 60 Fwy east. Take the Azusa Ave exit and turn left onto S Azusa. Turn left onto E Gale Ave. Turn right at Bixby Dr. and continue to Chestnut. The auction is located at the corner of Bixby Dr. and Chestnut.

From Los Angeles (31 Minutes): Take the 60 Fwy east to the Azusa Ave exit and turn left onto S Azusa. Turn left onto E Gale Ave. Turn right at Bixby Dr. and continue to Chestnut. The auction is located at the corner of Bixby Dr. and Chestnut.

From Orange County/Santa Ana Airport (37 minutes): Take the 405 Fwy north to the 55 Fwy north to the 5 Fwy north to the 57 Fwy north to the 60 Fwy west. Take the Azusa Ave exit and turn left onto S Azusa. Turn left onto E Gale Ave. Turn right at Bixby Dr. and continue to Chestnut. The auction is located at the corner of Bixby Dr. and Chestnut.

From Ontario International Airport (Riverside / San Bernadino Area) (30 minutes): Take the 10 Fwy west to the 57 Fwy south to the 60 Fwy west. Take the Azusa Ave exit and turn left onto S Azusa. Turn left onto E Gale Ave. Turn right at Bixby Dr. and continue to Chestnut. The auction is located at the corner of Bixby Dr. and Chestnut.

From San Diego (2 hours): 5 Fwy north to the 57 Fwy north to the 60 Fwy west. Take the Azusa Ave exit and turn left onto S Azusa. Turn left onto E Gale Ave. Turn right at Bixby Dr. and continue to Chestnut. The auction is located at the corner of Bixby Dr. and Chestnut.
